Apple Bruschetta

You will need:

2 1/2 cups of diced Roma tomatoes ( 4-5 tomatoes)
1/2 red onion Chopped
1 Fuji Apple Chopped
2 TBSN fresh Basil
2 TBSN Balsamic Vinegar
2 TBSN olive oil (I have used truffle oil(
Garnish with Goat Cheese (optional)

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
It's great on any type of bread but I have also used it as a topper on my chicken burgers.
