inch worm hip opener-5 reps

4-5 rounds of:
45 seconds of work of each exercise followed by 15 seconds of rest…
Inch worm push ups
Superman holds
Narrow to wide squat jumps
Alternating Leg raise with pike
Camel Dance
Alternating Super mans
Single leg deadlift hops
Side crunches (switch at the 20 second mark)
Take one minute rest every 1 or 2 rounds if you need it.
Cool Down Stretch
