As a female personal trainer one of the most ridiculous statements I hear is " I don't want to get big Muscles" WHAT? Do you have any idea how hard it is to gain muscle??
You need to be lifting heavy 6-7 days a week and have a specific meal plan to go with it.
"but all those crossfit girls look like men" um... no they don't because most men I know are not in the shape that those women are. I should also add that those women are training 2-3 times a day 6-7 days a week and eating the calories to support that kind of training (3000 plus calories a day)
If muscle was so easy to gain things like Creatine and Steroids wouldn't be so popular in the fitness industry.
If you see a girl who has big muscles it's because she has been busting her a$$ in the gym and in the kitchen to get them. There is a specific science behind the nutrition and program and few people understand it.
I love muscles. I know the hard work and dedication that it takes to achieve them.
So, if you don't want big muscles, Don't worry you won't get them without trying.
