Heart Disease

At one point or another you or someone you know is affected by heart disease. Why is it then when we realize how important a healthy lifestyle is?
Wouldn't it be best to take action before something happens?

When I see an over weight person, I don't judge or laugh....it makes me sad because I know what is going on inside that persons body.
I understand the health risks.
When I preach weigh loss to my clients it's not so they can fit into a pair of jeans. It's so they can be healthy on the inside.

Our lives are a direct reflection of the daily choices we make. Work, Health and relationships. These are all things we are in control of.
Don't like your job? find one that you do!
In a bad relationship? Leave it!
If you health is on the decline take control and make better choices.

What Causes a Heart Attack?
