We watched "What The Health" on Netflix this weekend and were completely disgusted. 
There were too many facts to not take it seriously. 
 It talks about the cause of Diabetes, Heart disease and different types of Cancer and how they all can be prevented with a Vegan diet. 
Some facts that stood out to me were-
-1 piece of processed meat a day can increase a childs chance of getting diabetes by 51%.

-1 serving of dairy a day can increase a mans chance of getting Prostate cancer by 34%.

-1 serving of dairy daily can increase a women chance of getting breast cancer by49%

-Casein Protein (found in all dairy and poultry) creates Morphine like addictions in your brain which makes you continue to crave it.

and thats just a few. 

I not going to sit here and convert anyone but I highly recommend you watch highly educational video on Netflix and see for yourself how wrong we could be about nutrition.
