Ginger chicken

You will need:

1 package of Kirkland chicken (approximately 7 Breasts)

1 cup chicken broth

1/4 rice vinegar

1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari

1 TBSP honey

1 TBSP Ketchup

2 cloves of garlic minced

1/2 TSP red pepper flakes

1 TSP fresh ginger

2 TBSP nutritional yeast

Sesame seeds and green onion for topping


Cut chicken breasts into chunks and place in crock pot.

In a small bowl mix all other ingredients and add to crock pot and cook on high for 4 hours.
