Sesame Rice

Goes great with stir fry, Roasted vegetables or alone.

You will need:
2 cups of brown basamati rice
1 can lite coconut milk
1.5 cup of water
3 TBSPN tamari
3 TBSPN soy sauce 

 

Toppings
Sesame seeds
Green onion

 

In a pot place rice,

Coconut milk, water, soy sauce and tamari. Bring to a boil then cover and turn to low and cook for 30 minutes . Remove from heat and leave for another 10 minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
