Peanut Butter Chicken

1/4 Cup plus 2 table spoons of peanut butter
1/4 cup of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon of water
3 garlic cloves minced
1 tablespoon of grated ginger
4 chicken breasts cut into 1 inch strips

throw it in the slow cooker for 4 hours

Goes Great with Spaghetti Squash or on top of Salad
