4 chicken breast (sliced into 1 inch slices)
1 can of black beans (15 ounce)
1 can of corn
1 jar of salsa (15 ounce)
1 package day cream cheese (dairy free)
Add all ingredients to crock pot aside from the cheese and cook for 4 hours. Then add cheese and stir .
This Goes great on top of spring mix or with your favourite rice.
