Ingredients
1 Tspn Cumin Seeds
1 Medium onion, finely chopped.
1 Medium Cauliflower cut into bite sized pieces
3 tomatoes, finely chopped
1 Jalapeno chopped
1 cup of Kale
2 cups of butternut squash
1 pkg of lilydale ground turkey
2 tspn of ginger paste
1 TBSPN cumin powder
1 TBSPN Coriander powder
1 can full-fat coconut mile
2 TBSPN chopped Cilantro
I throw everything into the slow cooker for 6 hours.
Stir at the 2 and 4 hour marks.
