Alright, we are a week into the new year. You've had time to get life organized again after all the holiday company and traveling. Kids go back to school this week. It's time to figure out goals for 2017. Wether its about your health, career, plans to make more time for family/friends or just to be a better person you have to know what these your goals are in order to plan steps of action to achieve them.
We like vision boards. We have personal ones and joint ones. One in the bedroom and on in the office. The one in the bedroom is on a mirror we look at everyday to remind us daily what we are trying to achieve. The one in the office is more work/business driven.
What ever your goals are put a list of them in a place you will see them daily. If your goal is to lose weight maybe the fridge is a great place for you. If it's money/career driven then maybe the office is best.
Start out by being very clear with what you'd like and when you'd like to achieve it by.
Then think of daily steps you can take to get you on the path to that goal.
If weight loss is your goal maybe start with one small step.
ie: I will not have bread or dairy Monday to Friday. I will workout 3 days a week. I will log everything I eat to hold myself accountable.
Having one or many small steps you take on a regular basis will constantly remind you of what you're trying to achieve.
"Nobody ever wrote down a plan to be broke, fat, lazy, or stupid. Those things are what happen when you don’t have a plan.”
Larry Winget
You have the ability to have anything you want if you're willing to work for it.
You will find a way OR you will find an excuse. FIND A WAY!!!
