Sampson Stretches-3 30 second holds a side

4 Rounds of:
10 Cleans
20 Burpee
30 Box Jump
20 Ball Slam
10 Pull Up
1 minute Sled Push at Level 6 Followed By 1 minute Sled run at level 3
(if you do not have access to a Skill Mill do a one minute run at 5 % Incline followed by a one minute run at 2 % Incline)
